Account Lockout Policy

For security, accounts are automatically restricted after failed login attempts:

  • 2 failed attempts: Temporary lock for 5 minutes.
  • 3 failed attempts: Permanent lockout until manually verified.

To request account reactivation, contact our security team:

Required: Email must be sent from the original registered address. All other requests are automatically rejected.

Password Recovery

To reset your password:

  1. Send an email to
  2. Use the same email address registered with your account.
  3. You will receive a secure, time-limited reset link.
  4. Complete identity verification via selfie upload.
Security Note: Requests from unregistered emails are permanently deleted with no response.
